Upon purchase, 7cheats grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software solely for your personal, non-commercial use during the active subscription period. This license does not convey any ownership rights in the software.
You may not, under any circumstances:

You are solely responsible for keeping your license key and account credentials secure. Do not share your license with other users. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately via Discord. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.
All prices are listed at the time of checkout. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless explicitly stated. Prices are subject to change; any changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid. We accept cryptocurrency, PayPal, and selected gift cards. All transactions are final upon confirmation.
We may offer refunds at our sole discretion where the software has been proven to not function on a compatible system, provided you have engaged with our support team and followed all setup documentation. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, account bans or restrictions imposed by game publishers, incompatible hardware outside our stated requirements, or failure to follow setup instructions.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our software functional and updated, including providing patches following game updates. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime due to game patches, anticheat updates, or maintenance is not grounds for a refund. All updates to the software are included within an active subscription at no extra charge.
You acknowledge that using third-party software with online games may violate those games' terms of service and may result in account restrictions, bans, or hardware bans imposed by the game publisher or its anticheat provider. You accept full responsibility for any such consequences. 7cheats is not liable for bans, account losses, hardware bans, or any other action taken against you by any game publisher or anticheat system.
All software, branding, documentation, and website content is the exclusive property of 7cheats. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our software or content is strictly prohibited.
Our software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from detection by any third-party system.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7cheats and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of game accounts, game progress, or hardware, arising out of or related to your use of our software or services.
We reserve the right to terminate your license at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
